MMD is ready for launch!

We’re excited to announce the launch of ManagementModelDesign©.

Our first offering is the Discovery Workshop, a half-day workshop during which management teams learn to describe their current management model and gain clarity on its strengths and weaknesses.

Additional offerings will follow soon, including public introduction workshops, specific trainings for consultants, an exclusive online community, webinars and more.

While we’re still in beta and for a limited time only, our customers will benefit from special introductory offers. During this phase, our offering will be limited to guided workshops and online community work.

Later on, once we’ve been able to put the final polish on our tooling and methodology, we’ll make ManagementModelDesign© available more widely and on a standalone basis.
